Fishing Report

The boat guys saw some good action in Raritan Bay with Flounders to 2.5lbs.
Matt Roth and crew had fish by the ammunitions peir on Saturday the 21st in 10-15ft of water. The action started out slow but they put a catch together before pulling anchor. Bait of choice was Sandworms and Mussels. Neil Flynn and crew had a great day with the flounder on the 22nd. Some reports of fluke being caught in the bay. No keeper size fish reported. For the guys who like to catch there own bait there are plenty of bunker in the bay up in gerrets, macy's and in between tressel and lb bridge. For the bass guys clams and clam chum working best, herring chunks also working, better action on the clams. East bar, west bar, Ab bridge, off of Rockaway plenty of action with some keeper size fish in the mix. Wreck fishing pretty slow. Being that the water is brown and weeded up, as water temps are also a factor.

Good Luck tight lines
